start simple

sometimes-- we get so caught up in life and craziness that we forget that the ' big plan' isnt to come out 'on top' in highschool. we get so caught up in drama, that we completely make ourselves miserable. so here's a reminder or more:

1. there is always a plan; dont freak out over little decisions that wont even matter next week. dont make unneeded drama in your life just so you have a good story to tell in English. if you do that, you'll only look back at your life as one big, miserable game that could have been avoided if things were kept simple.
 2. dont mess with things that aren't broken; friendships, relationships, the kitchen sink, whatever. because then things will just grow to be awkward and you'll look back on the end and be all like "what in the world was i thinking? things were so much better last week, before i tried to fix this??" there are circumstances, belive it or not, where opposite sexes should stay strictly friends. they dont make the best significant other.& belive it or not, rough patches in a relationships can be fixed more times than not through COMMUNICATION. no big dramatic story required.
3. simplicity, simplicity, simplicty; if things weren't complicated, and we didn't try to concern ourselves with things that will be of NO importance in 3 years, lives would be 20 times easier. no trouble, gossip, fights, or anything negative. dont worry about having the most interesting story in the class about what your weekend was, nobody really cares all that much about your problems. if you really need a somebody to tell all about your boring day, try God, he listens. try a journal; read it yourself. try a mirror, songwriting, listen to Taylor Swift. whatever helps with keeping yourself drama free, and happy.

think about it:)
